Storytelling and Experience Making

The Canadian Museum for Human Rights

The Canadian Museum for Human Rights

The first museum in the world solely dedicated to the evolution, celebration and future of human rights.

Over 47,000 square feet, an exhibition program about ideas and ideals across time and cultures. Key themes include Indigenous principles of rights and responsibilities; genocides and the Holocaust; the evolution of legal systems; and human rights work today.

The visitor journey symbolically rises from darkness to light, through eleven galleries up to the Tower of Hope and a new generation of leadership. A space for reckoning and commitment.
