Storytelling and Experience Making

National Museum of Australia

National Museum of Australia

Occupying one third of the museum space, this new permanent gallery charts Australia’s environmental history and biodiversity through scenography, large-scale media and open collections.

First Nations’ continuous connection to Country is woven throughout the exhibition, emphasizing relationships of care and belonging, and the shared heritage of knowledge traditions.

A focus on building dialogue and stewardship as we face the challenges of the Anthropocene.
